RS Property Management is a full service Real Estate Company serving the Colorado Springs Community. Started in 2010, by Rose, when she set out on her own to create a Real Estate and Property management company with a more personal approach. Locally owned, and family run RS Property Management strives to treat each home like our own. We have been active members of the NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers) community and stay current on the latest property management industry trends.
If you are looking to buy or sell a home we can help you through the process of finding your forever home. If you are moving but you are not quite ready to sell your home, RS Property Management can manage it as a rental property. We are here to help you with all of your real estate needs.
Rose moved to Colorado in 2000 from Nebraska. She has called Colorado home ever since and cant imagine living anywhere else. She became a Realtor in 2002. She began to specialize in Property management in 2004.
I love the career path I have chosen. It allows me to meet people every day. It is one of the best parts of my job!
Jessica joined her mom, Rosie, at RS Property Management in 2017, after moving back to Colorado Springs. She became a Realtor in 2018. Jessi enjoys working with our potential tenants to find a home that works for their needs.
