No, we do not hold properties. Our application process is first come, first served.

No, we do not require the last months rent paid ahead of time. Security Deposit and the first months rent is all we require for move-in’s.

Everyone over the age of 18, that will be living in the property, must apply.

Our application is available on our website, the qualifications are the first part of the application. Please read through those to determine if you qualify before you apply.

Rent can be paid online through the tenant portal, it can also be paid with a check or money order at our office. Our office is located at 1755 Telstar Drive Suite 300, Colorado Springs, CO 80920. The front desk can take your payments, please put them in an envelope with RS Property Management LLC on it as well as your name & address. No cash is accepted at the office.

Before getting any new animals, we do require everyone to submit a profile on Petscreening. Please email us through the tenant portal for more information.

We can accommodate this at the end of a lease easily, please send us a message through the tenant portal and we will give you all the information.

Please submit a move-out request through the tenant portal by the 1st of the month in which you plan to move. We do require at least 30 days notice.

The owner pays for all normal wear and tear maintenance and repairs. We ask that tenants change the batteries in the smoke and CO detectors regularly, as well as changing the filter in the furnace and refrigerators.
